Ah CHOO!

I has succumbed to the wintry germ fest.
I'm couch-bound with tissues, cold and flu tabs and some medicinal jelly beans.
Okay, so I've eaten most of the jelly beans...

I have managed to make another two 1930's flower blocks while on the couch. I have made 20 blocks so far but I'm not sure exactly what they will become so I'll keep making. It's a good hand pieced project to take anywhere.

Guess who's got pole position in front of the fire?
It's a tough life :o)

    Oh bummer, there's nothing so miserable as a streaming cold! Hope you recover soon. My cat is also very partial to roasting himself in front of the wood burner, they're attracted like magnets :o). Like your quilt blocks.

    Get well soon. Colds are miserable, but jelly beans, hand sewing project and a lovely fire do help a bit I think.

    Abbe, I hope by now you've topped up on those medicinal jelly beans. Your flowers are looking gorgeous and I can see them all together in a lovely repro quilt.

    Ive had my cold for over a week and boy does it slow one down. Im going a bit nuts. Couldnt even be bothered getting out any craft really (at home).
    Those patchworked flowers are divine.
    I had to see what you were up to after your hilarious comment on Foxs Lane. Ha Ha
